Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be able to develop websites/Applicatio ns using Flash Action Script 3..0 in well structured coding.
Good Understanding and execution of OOP
Should be able to extend core functionality of flash by classes.
Strong Knowledge of the Flash Platform and other related media technologies
Strong knowledge of - Flex and MXML technologies
Good understanding of design patterns.
