Job Description:

* Must have 3 yrs exposure to US/ European Markets management. * Consistently Work with Customers to generate Potential Hot Clients. * Managing Existing Accounts and building relationships. * Initiate Discussion with Large US Customers. * Designing customized solutions as per the client requirements * Follow Sales cycle month after Month to build Sales Pipeline and increase potential leads * Carry out Phone / Email Campaigns to well targeted Customer Segments. * Ability to handle a telemarketing team focused on generating and qualifying sales leads for business development. * Capture Needs and current requirements * Co-ordinate client proposals related activities * Prepare proposals/RFIs/RFPs, collaterals, presentations. * Handling telemarketing team focused on generating and qualifying sales leads for business development. * Must have flair of Business Development and Sales with excellent communication, negotiating and inter-personal skills. * Ability to understand and develop solutions based on customer requirements.
