We are looking for Project Manager for Leading Listed IT MNC.

• They run 100 servers at 4 data centers

• They have built and implemented solutions on six different content

management systems
• For two consecutive years they were ranked in the top 100 fastest

growing technology companies in the UK.
• They work with and run multiple Content Management Systems (CMS)

e.g. MediaSurface, Tridion, RedDot, MOSS2007, Stellent and our own
products Content Press and our brand management tool Brandbench

• Consequently we have extensive knowledge of CMSs and their

respective strengths
• We provide managed solutions for both shared and dedicated web

infrastructures for clients.
Job Location: – Baroda.
Reports: – Head of Project Management (UK) and GM (India).
Experience: – 7 to 10+yrs.
Responsibilities: –

· Lead and manage team of Project Managers to ensure the
deadline of delivery of each Project with 100% quality

· Effective day-to-day line management of the project
management team in the India office

· Together with the Head of Project Management, formalize and
implement new processes for the team’s working practices

· Recruit, induct and mentor new team members and carrying
out appraisal for the team members

· Effective day-to-day management and support of website, web
application and CMS projects

· Management of internal project teams, including design,
development and technical disciplines

· Creation and management of build budgets, ensuring project
profitability

· Documentation of user requirements and functional
specifications

• Produce all project life-cycle documentation, including project
plans, risk registers and lessons learnt reports
• Helping set and report on team KPIs and identifying and delivering
action plans to address any issues
• Any other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

· 8+ years of experience in Web Industry for managing client
expectations in an international

environment

· 5 years experience in Project Management capacity and 3
years of experience in Line management capacity

· Proven track record of servicing-managing client
expectations in an international

environment

· Experience of recruitment, induction, mentoring and
delivering appraisals

· Proven track record of building and leading a team and
implementing new processes

· Awareness of budgets, change control, quality and planning

· Website technologies including HTML, Javascript, XML and
.NET

· Content Management Systems

· Website best practice, design and usability

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work
well under pressure

· Good understanding of web production process

· First class communication skills, verbal and written
(excellent English required)

· Excellent inter-personal skills

· Preferably PRINCE2/PMP Practitioner

· Knowledge of online IR and corporate communications or the
financial regulatory
