Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for Web or Windows Application development using .Net (2.0, 3.5), Windows API, C++ and related technologies.
· Research and development on different file type formats
· Perform complex analysis and design tasks necessary to support development activities.
· Follow a disciplined approach for development, maintenance, and documentation of software products.
· Continuously foster innovation in our products and development approach.
· Work in a team of skilled interdisciplinary professionals in a fast-paced start-up environment.
· Interact with customers, partners, application users and other technical support people.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3 years of development experience with the Microsoft .NET platform, including C#, VB.NET, ADO.NET, and/or ASP.NET. ,(.Net Framework 2.0, 3.5), SQL Server 2005, Web Services, Windows Services, XML, Database Designing, Basic requirement gathering and analysis, Testing.
· Should have working knowledge of C++ and windows programming
· 0-3 years experience with object oriented programming
· Sound Knowledge of SQL with MS SQL Server 2005 technologies
· Sound knowledge of file system and MS office programming
· Knowledge of compression file formats a plus
· Knowledge of searching and Indexing technologies a plus
