Job Responsibility:
o Manage development and support projects under specified
practice such as Project study, Man power/ Cost estimation & Project
Planning, exercises such as Technical architecture design and
Database design.
o Involves in Research & Development Activities & provides
inputs for IT tactical planning, within the Group.
o Responsible for proposal development, review and delivery of
projects.
o Engaging, Participating and performing with Six Sigma IT
projects, ISO & CMM level IT operation initiatives.
o Conducting code reviews, technical interviews and evaluating
candidates for new recruitment.
o Supports cross training of the resources for optimal
utilization of resources.
o Effectively communicates with the customer on a day-to-day
basis.
The Right Candidate:
o At least 2 years work experience in complex IT Production
Support environment; at least 4 years work experience in development
projects with 1 + as Project Manager.
o Worked in implementations of various processes such as Six
Sigma, ISO or CMM levels
o Should have handled a team of 8+ resources
o Should have exposure to proposal making for support and
development activities; Exposure to SLA (Service Level Agreement)
creation and Management
o Good communication skills and team player
Has experience in Interactions with International US/ UK based
clients in providing IT support in an offshore model
o Has worked in either of the following vertical specific
projects or products such as Travel & Hospitality, Retail or
Insurance
Technical Knowledge:
Good working experience in JAVA/ J2EE Technologies, understanding
of .net or php, Joomla & content management, e-commerce, web
services, web technologies
Education Qualification: BE / MCA / MBA (IT/Systems)
Experience: 4-8 yrs
