A creative, dedicated and enthusiastic designer required for Kalptaru InfoSOFT Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Kalptaru Group, an Ahmedabad based young, successful, Compact, Learning and active participant in the IT market.

If you have a passion for design and have the following skills:

• A loyal and committed individual with a “can do” attitude who enjoys producing high quality design work that will leave the client saying “wow”.
• Well versed with design concepts.
• You must have flare & imagination.
• Excellent Skills in CSS, XHTML & 2D design packages by Adobe, Macromedia Dream weaver MX, etc
• Strong visual sensibilities; the ability to use visual thinking to inform breakthrough interaction design.
• Able to see "out of the box".
• Able to meet Deadlines Must be able to see the broad picture of how applications affect the business.
• Strong usability design skills
• Strong visual sense
• Ability to quickly learn new emerging technologies
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to any given situation
• Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create high end visual User Interface designs for Web & Desktop applications.
• You will apply user-centered design methods to translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into world-class experiences for leading companies.
• Consults with client or team members to evaluate individual project needs.
• Prepares and presents final layout and suggests improvements as needed to team member or client for approval.
• Stays abreast of any industry-wide changes in design philosophy and any new tools and technologies being used for the Internet.
• Identify tools, templates, and techniques that evolve existing approaches to design and design’s place within the engineering process Manage and execute final concept thru completion of project.
• Other duties as assigned.
