Urgently required an experienced flash developer on contract basis, who has extensive experience in the multimedia, buffering and streaming audios and videos to play live on websites, just like youtube. Candidates knowing flash as2.0 or as 3.0 will be add on feature. The appropriate candidate shall be rewarded appropriately.
