enior Manager - Sales & Marketing - GaneshaSpeaks. com :
GaneshaSpeaks. com the online arm of GaneshaSpeaks needs lateral
thinkers to devise strategies to acquire customers and increase sales
on a quarter to quarter basis. Innovation will be the key element in
determining the success of these strategies. GaneshaSpeaks. com has
tie-ups with leading web portals like rediff.com, sify.com,
indiatimes.com and shaadi.com. These relationships have to be
strengthened and an affiliate networks needs to be developed for
ensuring sustained revenue inflow. Interactivity in terms of blogging
and forums needs to be added in GaneshaSpeaks. com in a refined manner
so as to create intertraction with its regular visitors. Finally, the
website needs to be converted to a portal. The person in this position
will be reporting to the CEO and devising strategies for achieving the
above-mentioned objectives. Location � Ahmedabad. Experience :
Min 4 years. Salary : Minimum 20,000/= per month

and will be responsible for participating in strategy making and

customer acquisition, building an affiliate network and addition of
interactivity to the site. It needs to be converted from a website to
a portal. Location : Ahmedabad. Experience : Min 4 years. Salary :
Minimum 20,000/= per month

Manager : Customer Care
The person in this position will be reporting to Senior Manager Sales
& Marketing and will be responsible for planning and implementation of
various strategies for better customer satisfaction and broadening of
client base. Should be able to handle team of telecallers and PR
personnel. Training new entrants and achieving targets as set by
Management would be added responsibility. The person would also be
responsible for co-ordinating with Astrology Team and Marketing team
for satisfactory and prompt solution to customer queries. Would also
be responsible to training and updation of knowledge to the team
members. Experience : Min 4 years. Salary : Minimum 10,000/= per month

Senior Manager : IT & Software Development The person in this
position will be reporting directly to CEO. He or she would be
responsible to timely delivery of various software modules developed
by his team to the utmost satisfaction of end user. Expert in Java,
JSP, Struts, Springs, J2EE, and allied tools. Should be able to
handle a team of developers and deliver the goods profitably. Would
also be responsible to training and updation of knowledge to the team
members. Experience : Min 4 years. Salary : Minimum 25,000/= per month
