Business Development Manager:

Looking for Goal Oriented professional with demonstrable experience with selling customized solutions

Should have excellent Presentation, Proposal making, conceptualizing and communication skills.

Ability to understand solution requirements functionally, and engage a client / negotiate with a client. Ability to present information precisely and specifically.
Solid exposure to business closures.
Experienced in consulting with and selling to overseas clients (no domestic sales exp. required).
Should be able to coordinate with technical leads to present bids and quotes.
Experience with bidding engines such as elance.com, odesk.com, guru.com or similar engines.
Team management / mentoring / leadership capabilities Adherence to internal processes including maintaining entries on a CRM system.
Exposure to technology would be preferred i.e. understanding of software practices, norms, programming etc.
