good Communication skills and should be able to design websites as per

-HTML and CSS layouts designing with table and divtags.
-Dynamic template designing

Candidate must have following technical expertise: HTML, XHTML, CSS,CSS2 andPhotoshop.

Additional skills: - Dream weaver, Flash will be a plus.
