Technical Support Executive

Job Overview
This position is responsible for the day-to-day handling of all support phone calls and e-mails of TheSSLStore. com's customer base. This includes assisting customers with CSR generation and SSL certificate installation. In addition duties may also include validation of customer details prior to issuing SSL certificates or other products.
Main responsibilities will include working closely with The SSLStore.com' s customer base and sales department. This position is to provide outstanding professional service. In addition, knowledge of Linux and Windows systems, along with excellent IT skills. The position requires a combination of technical, organizational, and superior customer service skills. The successful candidate will have the ability to thrive in an start-up environment while applying your existing skill sets and train to increase your knowledge base. Shift work on a rotating basis and possible off hours.
Job Duties
Technical support Representative
· Handle day-to-day support and validation activities associated with maintaining ThesslStore' s customer base
· Assist customers with CSR generation and SSL certification installation
· Validation of customer details prior to issuing SSL certificates or other products
· Assist in processing orders
· Assist in closing out opened tickets through follow-up with customers
Technical
· knowledge of Linux and Windows
· Excellent IT skills
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong Internet search skills
· Very detail oriented
· Ability to Multitask
· Apache and IIS knowledge would be added advantage.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical skills consisting of 1-2+ years of technical support / help desk experience. Additionally, ideal candidates will possess Microsoft, Cisco and/or Security industry certifications of their technical knowledge. A technical college degree is preferable. Strong communication and organization skills, with attention to detail and must be able to multi-task. Superior customer service and phone mannerism is required to handle support of TheSSLStore. com's customer base.
