Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Online and Onsite support for Cyberoam UTM Product to Customers.
To Handle Technical Calls related to network and Product related issues.
To understand customer requirements, Network Infrastructure & Prepare Network Diagrams.
To provide the remote support to the customer related to network security related problem and responsible for handling the escalated calls from EVA team
To handle Implementation related queries of Customers.

Desired Profile :
Qualification :
BE / MCA

Experience : 1+ years
Skill :
Person should be sharp and capable to understand customer requirements and its Network Infrastructure
Good communication skills
Should be able to communicate and interact with Network Manager and CTO of different companies
Hands on experience on different UTM devices, VPN , IDP/IDS, AV/AS.
Hands on Experience on Implementation and Configuration of Routers Firewalls, Shaping Solutions, Proxy Servers or Mail Servers preferred
