Surat Municipal corporation’s director of planning (DOP) Jivan Patel said, “Around 5,000 crore worth of MoUs to be signed by SMC, including the housing projects, are either sanctioned or the plans are under scrutiny.”
Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) and Surat Urban Development authority (SUDA) will be inking Rs 11,019 crores of MoUs for projects related to infrastructure housing on the second day of Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors

Rs 400 crore investment in Rundh by Rajhans Developers

Rs 110 crore project by Krishna Corporation at Piplod

Rs 109 crore project by Raghuveer Developer at Vesu-Magdalla

Rs 300 crore project by Sahkar Corporation at Mota Varachha, Simada and Sarthana

Rs 300 crore housing project at Dumas by Amar Shah Builders

Rs 150 crore project at Althan by Tejani Builders.

Rs 700 modern wholesale market to be developed by Agriculture Produce Market Committee (APMC) at Vesu

Rs 45 Crore Trade centre project of Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SGCCI).

Rs 250 crore State-of-the art hospital project by Nirmal Hospital at Ring Road

Rs 4,636 crore MoUs by SUDA for

Rs 1,000 project for developing outer Ring Road on Sachin-Palsana RoadRs 1,100 crore textile powerloom park at Vanj by Sachin Udhyog Nagar
Around 10 to 12 private developers will sign MoUs in the range of Rs 100 to Rs 150 crore each to develop housing projects in SUDA areas like Kansad, Unn, Kharwas, Balas, Kumbharia, Vankal, Bhata, Kande, Vanj and Gothan village
